Professional alarm dispatch,
for UniFi Protect.
Pro-grade alarm monitoring and emergency-response dispatch for the UniFi Protect Alarm Manager. When alarms fire, Uniguard Pro's trained monitoring agents verify and dispatch — 24/7, across Canada and the United States.
How it works
From alarm-fire to verified dispatch in three steps
Connect your UniFi Protect Alarm Manager
Authorize Uniguard Pro to subscribe to UniFi Protect's Alarm Manager webhooks — the same surface UniFi already exposes for third-party integrations. No firmware patches, no SSH access required.
Alarm Manager fires, we receive the event
Every alarm-fire event from your UniFi Protect setup — triggered sensor, line-cross under restricted hours, person-in-zone after-hours — streams into our platform with the originating site, camera, and snapshot already attached.
Agents verify, then dispatch
A Uniguard Pro monitoring agent reviews the alarm in seconds, contacts your call list, and — if it's a confirmed incident — dispatches emergency services on your behalf. Every action is logged in the audit trail.
What's included
The UniFi Protect Dispatch stack
One subscription, one team. The Alarm Manager integration, operator console, dispatch authorization, and audit trail are included — there are no per-camera or per-event surprise fees.
Native UniFi Protect Alarm Manager integration
Built on the same Alarm Manager webhook UniFi ships for partners. No reverse-engineered APIs, no risk of an OS update breaking the connection.
Alarm-fires become operator incidents
When Alarm Manager fires, the event lands in front of a real human in seconds — already enriched with site context, camera location, contact list, and a snapshot.
Emergency-services dispatch
Confirmed incidents are dispatched by our trained monitoring team. Verified-by-human dispatch gets a priority response from local responders compared to anonymous, AI-only calls.
Arm-state aware cancellation
When a panel is disarmed by an authorized user inside the entry-delay window, the alarm is automatically cancelled — no false dispatch, no operator paged at 3 AM.
Snapshot retention you control
Triggering snapshots are retained for 90 days by default — long enough for an insurance claim, short enough to honour modern privacy expectations. Adjustable to your needs.
Every camera, multiple properties
Monitor every camera on your UniFi Protect console — and add more consoles if you protect more than one home or business, each kept in its own space.
Pair with Video Monitoring · Now in beta
Dispatch handles the alarms. Video Monitoring watches the in-between.
UniFi Protect Dispatch responds when Alarm Manager fires. UniFi Protect Video Monitoring — now in beta — puts live human eyes on AI-flagged camera events that aren't alarm-fires, and lets operators raise an alarm at their discretion when they spot something suspicious.
Dispatch gives you formal alarm response today. Video Monitoring adds an attentive second pair of eyes for the events that don’t hit the alarm threshold but still warrant a look — it’s in beta now, and works through your UniFi console with nothing to install. See UniFi Protect Video Monitoring →
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between UniFi Protect Dispatch and Video Monitoring?
Dispatch is the alarm-response flow — when the UniFi Protect Alarm Manager fires an alarm, we treat it like a real panel event and dispatch emergency services if needed. Video Monitoring is a different product: trained operators review your camera events live and escalate at their discretion if something looks suspicious, even without a formal alarm fire. Video Monitoring is now open in beta and can be added to Dispatch from your portal. It works through your UniFi console, with nothing to install.Which UniFi Protect generations are supported?
Any UniFi Protect deployment running a modern UniFi OS with the Alarm Manager feature enabled — that covers all recent UDM Pro, UDM SE, UNVR, and UCK G2+ controllers. If your console can fire alarms through Alarm Manager, it works with UniFi Protect Dispatch.Do my UniFi cameras need to be cloud-managed?
Yes — Uniguard Pro talks to the Alarm Manager webhook through Ubiquiti's cloud connector. Your video stays on your console; only the alarm-fire event metadata and the triggering snapshot are sent to our platform. Will every motion event trigger a dispatch?
No. Dispatch only happens when the UniFi Protect Alarm Manager fires an alarm AND a trained agent reviews the snapshot and confirms a real incident. Motion or AI events that don't clear your rules are logged for audit but never page anyone. What if I also have an Alarm.com panel?
Alarm.com monitoring is offered to alarm companies (dealers), not direct consumers — Alarm.com doesn't sell to homeowners. If you work with an alarm dealer, Uniguard Pro's Alarm.com central station and UniFi Protect Dispatch run together: an Alarm.com panel (panel-side authority) and UniFi Protect Dispatch (camera-side authority) on the same site both land in one operator console as a single incident timeline. See the dealer program for that path.
